Duties
The appointee will be required to:
- provide support for programme administration, including course registration, maintenance and filing of student records, examinations and graduation assessment;
- provide support for college’s admission exercise for local students and programmes promotion activities in Hong Kong;
- provide secretarial support to various committees;
- handle telephone and email enquiries, provide counter services, and perform website updating;
- provide logistic support for meetings and student activities / college events; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Applicants should:
- possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- have at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
- have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage;
- have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- be proficient in computer application including PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing; and
- have experience in using student information system.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
