Senior Overnight Guest Services Officer 通宵更賓客服務主任 (5 Days Work 5 天工作制)

Job Descriptions:

• To conduct daily operation at front desk counter 
• Handle daily Front Desk operation including check-in/out services, handle guest enquiries and complaints with a professional manner
• Maintain high standard of services to guests

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Hotel industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and work overnight shift
