What is your mision?
- You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Provide excellent customer experience by voice call/ email/ live chat
- Identify and analyze customers’ issues and provide solutions to resolve their needs.
- Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
- Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Who are we looking for?
- School Certificate or above
- Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
