Vice President, Business Administration (Team Head)

Job Description:

  • To oversee the full range of administrative and operation functions including reception and facilities management
  • To observe company policies and direction from management to help accomplish the required duties and responsibilities on office administration and facilities management
  • To review and set up administration workflow and execute internal cost control
  • To collaborate cross-functionally with relevant departments e.g. HR, L&T, CSD, PSD, TD and ORM in providing necessary support in daily operations
  • To perform a wide range of office administration work and administration projects including office supplies stock management and control, procurement processes and office renovation project etc.
  • To perform the BCP documentation update and carry out the BCP drill
  • To organise staff activities to increase employee engagement and align with division strategic goals
  • To manage and drive team productivity to achieve / exceed the respective service level
  • To develop, coach and provide development opportunities for team members
  • To perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Job Requirement:

  • Degree graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in banking field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Team Head or supervisor position is preferred
  • Fluent in speaking English & Mandarin; Good English & Chinese writing skill
  • Experience in working with junior colleagues, tea ladies, messengers and provide necessary direction to achieve the team objection
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A team player, strong communication, interpersonal problem solving skill
  • Helpful, responsible, pleasant, friendly and customer service oriented
  • Detail-minded with “Can Do” attitude and well-organised
