- Deliver and further develop operational delivery by ensuring quality service by training, developing and leading a well-briefed, motivated, guest-orientated team;
- Plan and communicate with all departments to deliver service and safety as required by the Company;
- Support the management in key areas of the business by learning and running key administrative and leadership tasks;
- Head up the team with the highest standards of safety, hygiene, service, hospitality, financial performance and food quality;
- Responsible for the strategic planning of the team, shift patterns (costed rota), and day-to-day management activities;
- Assist to drive customer and client satisfaction through various incentives, training and development activities;
- All related documentations and reports handling;
- Work 24 hours on shift duty, with 10 hours per shift;
- Ad-hoc tasks are requested by the management.
This refers somebody as our Lounge Manager at Airlines Lounges with at least these nine sets of characteristics: 這指的是我們航空公司貴賓室的貴賓室經理,至少要具備這九項特徵:
- Post-secondary qualifications or above, with hospitalities knowledge is preferable;
- 4 to 10 years’ relevant experience in Lounge / Hotel / Food and Beverage management and operations;
- Excellent client relationship management;
- Management of Profit and Loss Accounts and acting on the results;
- Management of a team, proven leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills both upwards and downwards, internally and externally;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Resilience to manage multiple tasks and priorities importance;
- Self-motivated and have an eye for detail;
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Lounge Manager
