Are you devoted to?
- Develop and lead the implementation of annual and campaign-specific marketing plans for the F&B product portfolio
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities (e.g. co-promotions, sponsorships, influencer collaborations) that can enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual value and alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. product, sales, creative) to develop compelling, omni-channel marketing content and campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and partnerships, making data-driven optimizations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align F&B marketing efforts with the overall business strategy
Are you vibrant with?
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and project management skills to measure and optimize marketing performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and manage partner relationships
- Creative mindset to develop innovative, consumer-focused marketing content and campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, social media, analytics)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
