Responsibilities
- Assist Section Head to implement the business plan on cross-border customer acquisitions, as well as portfolio and revenue growth
- Assist in design of a customer centric cross-border journey
- Prepare regular competitor analysis for keeping the Bank's market competitiveness in terms of product, channel delivery and customer experience
- Ensure appropriate system and platform support to enable effective implementation of banking services to suit the needs of cross-border customers
- Support partnership programs as on ongoing channel for customer acquisition
- Implement the contact management and relationship deepening enablers to meet cross-border customers' specific needs and to facilitate a health growth of the cross-border customer portfolio
Requirements
- University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years’ of experience in the banking sector or financial industry, preferably in wealth management products development or management, segment management, business management, product marketing, or distribution and sales support management position which include:
- Solid experience in cross-border business, which includes product /segment management, project management, marketing program in banking or financial services industry
- Sound knowledge of the bank’s wealth management products & services
- Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF)
- A team player with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; strong command of written and verbal English and Chinese, fluent speaking in Putonghua is a must
- Independent, self-motivated and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Cross-border Business Manager)
