Bank-wide Operation Summer Internship (3 months)

Responsivities:

• Participate in Customer Due Diligence(CDD) process of customer profile for onboarding, periodic review and trigger event review
• Assist to identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistic data
• Contact customers to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within service level
• Comply with government regulatory and the Bank’s requirements for CDD review
• Implement and complete work/project assigned by managers

Requirements:

• Undergraduate students who are desire to pursue career in banking industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges
• Proficient in computer applications, such as Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Can work from June - August 2024 (Full Time)
