Responsivities:

Participate in Customer Due Diligence(CDD) process of customer profile for onboarding, periodic review and trigger event review

Assist to identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistic data

Contact customers to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within service level

Comply with government regulatory and the Bank’s requirements for CDD review

Implement and complete work/project assigned by managers
Requirements:
-
Undergraduate students who are desire to pursue career in banking industry

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges

Proficient in computer applications, such as Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
