Contract Customer Experience Ambassador - Branch Distribution & Services

Responsibilities

• Promote and facilitate transaction migration to digital channels
• Act as the first point of contact for customers in a warm and caring manner to ensure their journey with BEA is highly satisfactory
• Understand customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate area of the branch to fulfill their requirements during their visits

Requirements

• Secondary or Post-secondary education; retirees with retail banking experience are welcome
• Minimum of 3 years of frontline experience dealing directly with customers, preferably in the banking sector
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua, is preferred
