Assistant Vice President, Business Management

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic reviews to streamline workflow and ensure the sales workflow are comply with the latest regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with different teams and departments to carry out enhancement and business projects
• Supervise and support in key functions including ‘Business Intelligence’, ‘Sales Quality Assurance’ and ‘Sales Performance Management’
• Supervise subordinates to assure frontline staffs’ ethical behaviors and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Lead and participate in various projects as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management, Computer Science, Finance or related discipline
• 6 years or above relevant experience in financial services industry, with exposure to retail banking, data analysis, or project management in relation to wealth management business
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with experience in data management
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be consideration as ‘Senior Associate’
