Assistant Vice President, Product Management - Deposits & Payments, Consumer Banking

Responsibilities

·Assist Team lead to grow CBG deposits portfolio, in order to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and efficiency

·Manage key performance drivers, integrating data analytics, experimentation, and AI/machine learning capabilities to deliver new growth source of CASA balances & engage customer at hyper personalized level

·Manage overseas payment development through integrating data analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML capabilities to deliver new growth source of CASA balance & personalized customer engagement

·Drive the TFX revenue from Remittance, FXTD & Debit card with pricing strategy and customer engagements 

·Analyze data and prepare in a visualized approach in order to facilitate the team to drive insights and actions

·Drive transformation and implementation of thoughtfully designed customer journeys, leveraging data-driven operating model and human-centered design thinking, to deliver joyful banking

·Engage and forge external partnerships to onboard new partners & increase revenue streams

·Achieve business acquisition targets (including online channel share), market share growth and digital value capture (DVC), especially as reduction in acquisition cost and linkages to related banking products/services

·Possess appreciation of risk management and regulatory compliance, complying with external regulations and internal requirements

Requirements

·Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing discipline

·5 years of working experience in banking, preferably in cross border payment, deposit products and general banking services 

·Attentive to details with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Marketing experience especially in online marketing, interactive and social media exposure

·Strong product management and number sensitive with good analytical skills

· Innovative and creative

·Capable to work independently and able to lead cross-departmental working team to achieve outcomes
