Concierge Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
  • Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage
  • Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries
  • Arrange transportation for guests upon request
  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements

  • Certifications or diploma in hotel study is preferred
  • 1-2 years’ hotel related experience is preferred
  • Guest service oriented and good communication skills
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
