Head Mixologist / Event Manager

LPM Restaurant & Bar is searching for an experienced and creative Head Mixologist and Event Manager to lead our innovative cocktail program and oversee high-end private events. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual passionate about both mixology and event management to join a prestigious restaurant that values creativity, leadership, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

As Head Mixologist:

• Design and curate a seasonal cocktail menu using premium ingredients.
• Lead the bar team, providing training and mentoring on mixology techniques and service standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Engage with guests, offering personalized drink recommendations and delivering an unforgettable bar experience.

As Event Manager:

• Plan, organize, and manage private events, parties, and corporate functions at LPM.
• Work closely with clients to tailor events to their vision, offering expert advice on beverage and menu selections.
• Coordinate between the culinary team, bar staff, and front-of-house to ensure flawless event execution.
• Monitor event budgets and drive revenue through successful event planning and execution.

What We’re Looking For: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Head Mixologist/Bartender in high-end restaurants or bars.
• 3+ years of event management experience, preferably within hospitality.
• A strong leader with excellent team management skills.
• Knowledge of the latest cocktail trends and event industry practices.
• A passion for creativity, customer service, and delivering memorable experiences.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
