SENIOR RESEARCH OFFICER – PROPERTY & POLICY RESEARCH

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ research experience
• Good understanding on Hong Kong / Mainland political, social & economic environment
• Strong presentation skills with proven English proficiency and fluent Putonghua
• Good analytical and language skills 
• A team player with strong initiatives and able to work under pressure & tight timelines

Responsibilities:

• Conduct researches on political / socio-economic / property market developments in mainland China & HK       
• Monitor policy changes in relevant markets
• Update and maintain relevant databases
• Perform other duties as assigned
