Intern- Brokerage Department

Responsibilities

• Assist Brokerage Department on implementation and execution of the business plans and initiatives
• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. Arrange logistics, including venue booking, catering, and audiovisual setup
• Prepare training material for promotion tools
• Support data analysis and prepare regular reports 
• Provide all levels of support to key partners to capture the business opportunities.
• Assist in the system enhancement projects and administrative work 

Requirements

• University students majored in any disciplines
• Strong interpersonal communication skills 
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing)
