Officer, Claims (General Insurance)

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt claims services of a general insurance company, including assessment, evaluation and negotiation of claims settlement
• Conduct on-site loss assessments and negotiate settlements with claimants directly
• Handle claim enquiries via telephone and email
• Assist in handling complex claims and litigation cases, and pre-loss surveys

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Insurance or Risk Management
• Minimum 2 years of claims handling experience, preferably in bancassurance or loss adjusting field
• Familiar with personal lines, property and employees' compensation claims an advantage
• Holder of PDI or ANZIIF preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible & independent
