Responsible for processing account opening, including both individual and corporate accounts
Set up customer profiles and create account in bank system
Follow up with branch staff and customers on Account Opening issues
Provide administrative support e.g. documents filing and record keeping
Support branch in operations enquiries
Take up ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Post-secondary education with at least 2-3 year's relevant Bank Account Opening experience
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Working Location : Central
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Candidates with less experience may be considered as a junior position, and fresh graduates are also welcomed
