Assistant Vice President, Credit Appraisal (Commercial/Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Analyses and reviews complex and sizeable loans in HK and Mainland to ensure that they adhere to existing policy guidelines
• Liaises with lending units to resolve credit issues and expedite the process
• Assists in collecting market intelligence through various channels  
• Prepares various MIS reports for the management's review
• Ensures credit facilities adhere to the Bank's internal credit policies/guidelines as well as external regulatory requirements
• Assists head of department in overseeing daily operations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in credit review and analysis, preferably in banking industry
• Possess knowledge in lending products
• Good understanding in credit risk management and regulatory compliance
• Self-motivated and detail-minded with strong risk control senses and analytical skills
