We are looking for someone with:
-
University degree holder
-
Over 3 years' relevant work experience, preferably in pension operations (MPF & ORSO)
-
With supervisory experience is preferrable
-
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills
-
Preferably worked previously in a call centre/service centre environment
-
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills

Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

Strong PC skills in MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written
-
Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage
On the job you will:
-
Carry out quality assurance checking to ensure it complies with the working procedures and checklist
-
Conduct regular examinations to the operations staff to ensure their skill and knowledge are up to standards

Review the error cases and propose preventive measures with Operations Team Leader

Assist supervisors to monitor and review operation quality, identify service improvement needs and implement enhancement actions
-
Collaborate with Operations Team Leader to develop / review procedure and checklist, propose effective new method, suggest effective control measure and deliver training / briefing. Lead the implementation of procedure change smoothly

Other ad hoc assignments as assigned
