Manager, Life Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Handle the matters related to compliance, operation & marketing issues before implementation.
• Formulate, evaluate and roll-out the procedures make recommendations for improvement and best fit the strategy of bank
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product-launch plan and other logistics and flow
• Plan and implement sales and marketing programs, e.g. marketing promotions, seminars, sales incentives etc.
• Ensure all sale process, training materials and sale materials (e.g. product leaflet and incentive leaflet, etc.) complied with the regulators and bank standards

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-6 years of product marketing experience in bancassurance in banking or life insurance industry
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese Word Processing
