Assistant Relationship Manager, Retail Loans (Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers to provide total financial solutions to customers in areas of personal / commercial lending
• Cultivate long-term relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities through marketing and cross-selling bank products and services
• Conduct credit analyses and prepare credit proposals
• Work closely with different teams to meet the established business goals
• Execute any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Holder of ECF on Credit Risk Management certification is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking or general banking services 
• Experience in secured and unsecured lending business and lending operations, including credit checking, loan portfolio administration and recommendation for new loans applications
• Team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
