Relationship Officer, Business Banking (Secondment)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality services, conduct outbound call and establish customer relationship to introduce business credit card and other banking services / products
• Achieve monthly target to facilitate the promotional campaign
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Post-secondary educated or above with minimum 1 year of telemarketing experience is preferred
• Telemarketing experience in bank products with knowledge in SME Banking is an advantage
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Take initiative with can-do attitude, responsive and willing to learn
• Good at PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
