Deputy Manager to SM, Comprehensive Management Position 綜合管理崗

崗位：非息收入管理團隊-綜合管理崗 （財務與會計部）

主要職責包括但不限於以下內容：
1. 各類綜合報告及公文撰寫：負責撰寫、審核和報送部門的各類報告、公文，確保內容準確、格式規範；
2. 全行非息收入統籌管理：負責全行非息收入的預算、分析和預測等工作，為決策提供數據支持；
3. 部門規章制度管理：負責組織部門規章制度的制定、修訂、發佈和解釋工作，確保制度建設合規、完善；
4. 科技設備、系統管理：牽頭部門科技設備、系統的採購、維護和管理，確保設備、系統按行內制度有效使用；
5. 其他部門領導交辦的綜合管理事務。

任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學歷，金融、經濟、管理等相關專業優先；
2. 5年以上工作經驗，有金融行業經驗者優先；
3. 中文報告撰寫能力突出，具有較強的文字表達能力；
4. 具備良好的溝通協調能力，能夠有效處理部門內外關係；
5. 經驗豐富者可以考慮作為團隊主管招聘，帶領團隊共同完成部門工作目標。

Position: Comprehensive Management Position - Non-Interest Income Management Team (Finance and Accounting Department)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Writing various comprehensive reports : Responsible for writing, reviewing, and submitting the department's various reports, ensuring the accuracy and formatting of the content.

2. Coordinating the overall management of non-interest income across the bank: Responsible for the budget, analysis, and forecast of non-interest income across the bank, providing data support for decision-making.

3. Departmental system and regulations management: Responsible for organizing the formulation, revision, issuance, and interpretation of departmental systems and regulations, ensuring compliance and improvement.

4. Management of technology equipment and systems: Responsible for leading the procurement, maintenance, and management of departmental technology equipment and systems, ensuring the effective use of equipment and systems in accordance with the bank's internal systems.

5. Other comprehensive management tasks assigned by the department leader.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in finance, economics, management, and other related fields are preferred.

2. Over 5 years of work experience, with experience in the financial industry is preferred.

3. Outstanding Chinese report writing skills, with strong written expression ability.

4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle relationships within and outside the department.

5. Those with extensive experience can be considered as team leaders to lead the team to achieve the department's work goals.
