Banquet Captain/Server 宴會部部長/侍應

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements in line with maximizing guest satisfaction
• Ensure service and items are prepared according to events orders and banquet operations standards
• Liaise closely with Event Sales Team and Banquet Kitchen to ensure events are well-prepared and run smoothly

Job Requirements:

• With minimum 1 year experience in banquet with similar standards and expectations
• Excellent in interpersonal relationship skills & strong communications skills, outgoing and friendly with great attention to detail
• Candidates with working experience in events operations / Banquet of international 5-star luxury brand hotel are highly preferred
