Responsibilities 職責

  • Monitor and maintain the standard of food quality, food safety and cost control 監控和保持食品質量、食品安全的標準和控制成本
  • Ensure that all equipment, utensils and working areas are kept clean and in good working order at all times 確保所有設備、用具和工作區域保持清潔並處於良好的工作狀態
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes  對中式烹飪方法、配料、設備和烹飪過程有深入的了解
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served 確保提供適當的份量、安排和食物裝飾
  • Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food 監控廚房用品和食物的庫存

Qualifications 資格

  • Minimum 4 years solid experience 至少 4 年的豐富經驗
  • Experience in Chinese cuisine is preferable 有中餐經驗者優先
  • Well-versed in kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety standards 精通廚房衛生和職業健康與安全標準
  • Independent, responsible, multi-tasking and detail-oriented are desired qualities 需要獨立、有責任心、多任務處理和注重細節的品質
  • Good team player 良好的團隊合作精神
