Responsible for total client portfolio management, business acquisition on mainly corporate segment in order to achieve the sales volume and profit targets.
Focus on account penetration to maximize revenue from new and existing special corporate accounts for the overseas and local markets.
Focus on growing M.I.C.E. revenues and maximizes financial performance of the department
Work on the strategic side of the sales plan, developing strategies by setting the direction to achieve the goal.
Maintain a strong relationship and extend attentive service to existing and potential clients
Attend and assist with in-house marketing activities, client presentations and promotional activities.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years hotel room sales and corporate business experience
Goal orientated
Strong analytical skills with good business and numerical sense
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be resourceful and customer-oriented
Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
