Job Duties/工作職責:
Handle family, personal matters and Ad hoc Duties / 處理家庭及個人事務
Communication / co-ordination with domestic helper and drivers /溝通協調各方面的事務工作
Responsible for taking care of boss and arranging the schedule /負責照顧女老闆行程安排
Responsible for managing the household's calendar, travel plans and event arrangement / 負責組織及安排行程及活動
Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation and visa arrangements etc. /負責機票預定、酒店預定、簽證處理等工作。
Requirements/職位要求:
Degree or above /學士以上學歷
3 years or more relevant experience handling personal matters / 3年以上相關私人助理崗位工作經驗
Good speaking in English, Cantonese & Fluent speaking in Mandarin /能操英語、粵語和流利普通話
Good interpersonal, coordination and organization skills /很好的溝通及組織能力
Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility and well organized /有責任心、做事有條理
Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment /能夠接受節奏快的工作環境
Flexible and willing to live-in/需要住家及能隨時候命
Immediately available is highly preferred
