Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Marine Service Asia, you will be a key player in our continued success. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers within the marine industry, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, distributors, shipbuilders, and shipyards.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our products or services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve sales goals.
Requirement:
- Diploma or above, ideally in Engineering, Technology, or Business field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the marine industry. Candidates with less experience maybe considered for Sales Associate
- Strong understanding of the yacht market and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
