Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Front Office, ensure prompt and appropriate responses to guests, and to meet as well as exceed guests’ expectations
  • Provide assistance and coaching, and monitor and review performance of members of the Team
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing daily situation and pushing up upsell programme
  • Coordinate and ensure exceptionally friendly and professional reception, registration and account settlement for guests
  • Resolve guests’ complaints and concerns by conducting thorough research and deploying effective solutions in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist in the development and management of repeated guests and VIP service programs
  • Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience in hotel’s Front Office of which at least 5 years in supervisory level
  • Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and crisis management skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
