Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Officer (Card Acquisition) - Cards & Unsecured Lending

Responsibilities

• Be a team member of Cards & Unsecured Lending Department
• Formulate strategy and marketing plans to drive new cards targets and achieve other business KPIs
• Responsible for the design and implementation of new card / channel strategy, pricing, digitalization, process optimization as well as expenses management
• Work closely with different stakeholders to drive channel efficiency
• Closely monitor program effective and proactively propose ideas to fine tune and enhance program response and effectiveness

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• A minimum 2 years’ experiences in credit card or banking industry
• Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
• Creative and business oriented with excellent strategical mindset
• Strong project management and financial analytical skills
• Independent, highly organized, self-initiated
