Job Overview

This role supervises a team to maintain a pristine and well-organised hotel environment. Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Floor Supervisor is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Maintain the standard of cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep on all public areas, pantry and guestrooms on your floor daily.
• Ensure prompt follow up and feedback on the occupancy status and guest inquiries on your floor.
• Maintain inventories on guest supplies, operating equipment and linen.
• Handle and follow up with Housekeeper on team member roster.
• Conduct suite rooming with new tenant.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping supervisory level working experience preferred
• Form 5 or above. Graduate from hotel school or hospitality training institute is preferred
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge

• Creative, presentable and self-motivated with a fun and positive personality
• Cheerful, team player and capable to work under pressure
