We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Channel and Propositions Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the product and proposition development cycle (e.g. market research, ideation, defining unique propositions, business case development, launch implementation) to ensure the competitiveness of the EB offerings
  • Conduct market research, analyse market trends and competitors' strategies, benchmark competitors' products to turn customers' needs, distributors' feedbacks and market development into insights for product refinements
  • Work closely with external service providers, co-create, launch, and Manage value-added services
  • Develop and update product collaterals (e.g. policy provisions, product brochures, member handbooks, videos) to support the sales process and effective customers communication
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. business development, case Management, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations, Claims, IT, Legal and Compliance) in various cross-functional / cross-entity projects
  • Support the product governance process and regular / ongoing product performance review and take remedial actions as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing / Insurance or equivalent
  • Experience in Insurance / EB Business for over 6 years
  • Experience in Insurance Product Development / Management is preferred
  • Strong business sense to put forward ideas for implementation to help profit contribution for the department
  • Strong understanding of the Employee Benefits business and up-to-date product knowledge
  • Highly motivated, positive attitude and accountable
  • Team player with a self-motivated mindset and genuine interest in banking or insurance industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good English writing and presentation
  • Effective problem solving skills
