Job Summary

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of kitchen sections

  • Supervise and lead our kitchen team to provide heart-felt service and memorable dining experience to our guests

  • Ensure the quality of food and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.

  • Coordinate with different parties to ensure smooth operation

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in hotels or free standing restaurant chains with similar Food & Beverage facilities and capacities

  • Strong leadership and a smart decision maker

  • Experience in managing banquet and events is an advantage

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • Good command of English and Chinese
