Job Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations of kitchen sections
Supervise and lead our kitchen team to provide heart-felt service and memorable dining experience to our guests
Ensure the quality of food and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Coordinate with different parties to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in hotels or free standing restaurant chains with similar Food & Beverage facilities and capacities
Strong leadership and a smart decision maker
Experience in managing banquet and events is an advantage
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Good command of English and Chinese
