Job Responsibilities:

Assist in kitchen with food production

Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area

Understanding of kitchen hygiene practices, keeping the kitchen cleanliness.

Responsible for hot and cold dishes
Job Requirements:

vocational training in cuisine
-
minimum 2 years’ experience in western kitchen
-
Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants is preferred
-
Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills

Good command of English and Cantonese
