Responsibilities

• Take part in reviewing procurement requests, supplier management, and project review, etc.
• Provide comments to due diligence analysis on procurement requests, supplier management, and project review
• Manage the formulation and execution of purchases, supplier information related data maintenance and analysis
• Cooperate with audit department on regular procurement handling unit checking
• Proactively propose analytical data modeling improving advice, share the work of guiding subordinates and training
• Perform other jobs assigned by supervisors
   

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Statistics, Management Information System, Information Technology/Computing or related disciplines
• Professional qualification in HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, ACIB, ACIS, PMP would be an advantage
• 5 years or above working experience in above-mentioned areas
• Good analytical, report writing and project management skills and able to work under pressure
• Well understand and be familiar with procurement or fixed assets related IT systems function, and be capable of conducting daily management work through those systems
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
