Senior Sales Manager - Events & Catering

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Support Director of Sales – Events & Catering to formulate annual Events & Catering business plan and design packages which could drive the Events & Catering business
  • Manage Events & Catering organizers to develop and maintain positive relationship and to drive business opportunities and referrals
  • Achieve the hotel set targets as laid out in the business plan and yearly financial objectives
  • Lead and direct all sales activities for Sales Managers and ensure that they meet the goal of the business plan to maximize revenue potential
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors’ activities and market trends and to make recommendations
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the hotel industry related to Sales & Marketing
  • Full computer literate
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable
  • Good negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
