Responsibilities:

  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
  • Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Receive payment by cash, credit cards, etc. and is able to post these in the computer correctly
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Service-oriented and able to work in a face-paced and dynamic operation
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
