Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve Cocktails as requested
  • Ensure all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities are maintained according to department operation manual
  • Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combination and up sell alternatives
  • Perform the function of cashier and responsible for Infrasys cashiering procedure
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3  years working experiences on the same position in F&B
  • Computer literate
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software such as POS and TMS is a plus
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
