Guest Experience Manager (Overnight)

  • Ensure that night shift briefings are conducted to disseminate guest and hotel related
  • Information, discuss outstanding issues, highlight guest special requests, etc. for all agents to take note at the start of the shift
  • Ensure the Night Audit process is carried out successfully
  • Check rate variance report every night
  • Responsible for all on-day arrival guests information are accurately input in hotel computer before night audit and spot check
  • Assist in greeting and checking-in VIP and Long Stay guests
  • Be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of Front Office's and the Hotel's overnight operations
  • Patron hotel outlets at night, rectify any defects and record, report to management if necessary
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors


  • Minimum 6 years of Front Office working experience in an international hotel environment and 2 years in Duty Manager Position
  • Knowledge about MS office
  • Familiar with PMS
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English and Chinese, other language is an advantage
  • Superior guest resolution and problem solving abilities are required
  • Service-oriented and able to work in a face-paced and dynamic operation
