(Senior) Operations Officer (5-day work week)

Key Responsibilies:

  • This incumbent will be responsible for guest checking-in/out procedures in a professional manner, to provide courteous service and handle guests’ enquiries
  • To coordinate with housekeeping, engineering team to ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guest

 

Job requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
  • With 3 years work experience in hotel front office 
  • Passionate in hospitality industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with less experience can be applied as Operations Officer
