Job Responsibilities:

  • To process all check-in and check-out services in an effective and efficient way;
  • To assist in the supervision of guest service team and coordination with Housekeeping Department to ensure the smooth running of daily front desk operations;
  • To handle guest inquiries and provide assistance to guest with courteous and friendly manner; 
  • To assist in controls and monitors room reservation status and upsell rooms to maximize room revenue and occupancy.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office operations with at least 2 years in supervisory level;
  • Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Guest Services Supervisor
