Supervisor / Team Leader (Japanese Restaurant)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a delightful dining experience to our guests & create memorable moments in upscale Japanese restaurant;
  • Provide seamless service with guests to contemporary fine-dining standards;
  • Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge;
  • Maintain high cleanliness level in the dining venues and ensure the dining tables are detailed.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in F&B outlet;
  • Good team management and inter-personal skills;
  • Excellent communication skills with customer oriented mindset;
  • Dedicated to provide high quality service to guests;
  • Enjoy engaging with guests from all around the world; 
  • Good command in English and Mandarin;
  • Knowledge of Japanese language and/or Japanese fine-dining experience would be an advantage.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Team Leader)
