Customer Centricity

Ensure accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards.
Handle and resolve customer queries and requests via phone and email on products and services in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills.
Handle enquiries and requests of group medical, individual financial and wealth management products arising from customers.

Cooperate with team members and other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.
You share your humanity, helping us build a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyone.

Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvements.

On the job you will:
Customer Services Trainee is a 18-months graduate program where CS Trainee complete the following.

  • Rotations Opportunity – To develop a strong foundation and determine the functions and operation of customer service.
  • Training and Development – undertake an exclusive series of learning sponsored by Manulife senior executives to help you develop core skills in Customer Services.
  • Mentors and Buddies – Receive guidance and support from an assigned Mentor to help you with your career and personal development alongside business buddies to help you navigate our Manulife organization.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree or its equivalent, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
  • Phone manners, interpersonal skills, a mature and pleasant personality, and self-driven
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written forms
