Join us for a culinary adventure at Odyssée where our team will amaze you with their contemporary French cuisine, refined service and carefully selected wine list. Located on the 101st floor of ICC, Odyssée is a brand new fine dining destination offering intriguing French cuisine served against the backdrop of the Victoria Harbor view.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Executive Chef (Fine Dining, French Cuisine) to lead the team and elevate the whole dining experience for diners who love fine food.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make sure kitchen operations are smooth
  • Ensure a high quality of food and high level of hygiene are maintained daily
  • Manage and train kitchen staff.
  • Develop recipes and menus.
  • Determine presentation plans.
  • Order and evaluate the quality of new food.
  • Help with financial planning and budgeting.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience gained fine dining restaurants
  • Previous experience as head chef/executive chef in Michelin Starred establishments is referred
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of English and Cantonese
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
