Bar Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Jin Bo Law Bar.
  • Curate beverage menus and programs of all outlets, including drink, cocktail, wine lists, and specialty drinks.
  • Lead F&B service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Supervise service staff, scheduling, training, hiring, and retaining.
  • Drive and be accountable for the business results of the restaurant to maximize the profit.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chefs to ensure menu and service quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the bar and events.
  • Enforce the hotel’s policies and procedures, and ensure the compliance of health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
  • Undertake other duties assigned by hotel management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience as Managerial level in the hospitality industry, preferably in
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in F&B management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Holder of Hygiene manager certificate or similar food safety qualification.
  • Holder of WSET certificate is preferable.
