We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position in our One Michelin Star restaurant.

  • Creates, develops, prices and implements new cakes, pastries, desserts, baked goods and chocolates throughout the Hotel, including the PML Boutique. 
  • Trains, coaches and develops his assistants and all chefs on his team.
  • Adheres to all relevant health and safety codes as stipulated by the Hotel and the local health authorities (FEHD).
  • Fully supports and contributes to the company’s CSR initiatives.
  • Conducts public and private cooking classes as required.
  • Expected to work flexible shift duties according to operational needs.


  • Relevant working experience as Executive Pastry Chef in a sizable luxury hotel, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
  • Fine dining background is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership skill
