Events & Catering Coordinator

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone calls or email enquiries for the team
  • Provide administration support to Department
  • Assist the Sales Team in drafting proposals and contracts
  • Conduct market research when required
  • Set up an accurate and efficient filing system for the proposals and contracts
  • Responsible for stock take and keeping of all sales materials
  • Support sales activities and events whenever required and may need to work outside standard working hours and off-site
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Tourism Management or Event Management or other related disciplines
  • Experience in hotel and convention centre industry is preferred
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized, attention to details and multi-tasking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
