A typical day in this role:

  • Responsible for data input
  • Handle general clerical and office support duties
  • Provide administrative support to various projects and ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

About you:

  • F. 5 or above 
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good typing skill: English 30wpm, Chinese 20wpm
  • Familiar with MS Office application, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Working hours on Mon - Fri: 9:00am – 1:00pm or 14:00pm–18:00pm (3 days weekly)
  • Working location at Quarry Bay 
  • Immediately available
