Restaurant Manager (M Thai)



  • To be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and maintaining a consistent standard of service.
  • To supervise all subordinates, making sure all delegated duties are being carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
  • To conduct F&B outlets briefing to ensure the operation, events and etc. are professionally carried out.
  • To be accountable for maintaining cordial collaboration with the kitchen and stewarding department.
  • To provide training for service staff, monitor their progress and evaluate their performance.
  • To promote teamwork and positive attitudes among staff; attend to grievances of staff, counsel and motivate them when necessary.
  • To socialize with guests, promote sales, and gain feedback from patrons regarding the services and products provided.
  • To be responsible for handling guest complaints and comments.
  • To assist and support his subordinates all the time, and provide direction and guidance to them whenever required.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Find ways of maximizing and increasing sales and/or yield.


  • A recognized higher certificate or High School Graduate in relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 year relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry and 2 years at managerial level.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal skills, outgoing with strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Strong manpower planning and training skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer application software.
  • More experience will be considered as Restaurant Manager.
