Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Respond all guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Coordinate with Front Services team regarding the readiness of the rooms

Requirements

  • Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, including internships
